DAN TARRANT
Scope
Restoring value to sentimental items

Overview
An app proposal designed to allow people to track and monitor improve their mental health
Insights
I noticed that many of my female friends use apps like Clue to track their periods. The app allows them to input events into a diary and then uses that information to help them to keep track of their period and monitor their bodies such as when they may be most fertile and even when PMS may affect their mood
I wondered if the same system could be used to allow people to track and monitor their own mental health. This information could help them to spot patterns and triggers and make adjustments to their lifestyle to help them improve and maintain their mental health
